Cancellation/ Return/ Exchange Policy

Please note that all orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged except in situations of force majeure. This is due to our immediate dispatch policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing our services.

Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI. If you prefer to place an order directly with us on Instagram, the two available methods of payment are net banking or UPI. We do not store any of your details on our site. Our payment gateway is secure and reliable and used by most commercial sites in India.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are site specific and cannot be applied on other platforms like Instagram or Oyela. We have separate promotions available there that are announced from time to time. Please feel free to send us an email on simosclothes@gmail.com if you have any queries.

Delivery Details

Our preferred delivery partner is Delhivery for pan-India swift deliveries. For international orders, we ship via Fedex, DHL or UPS depending on the country you are located in.

 

For both domestic and international orders, the dispatch time is 24 hours, after which the delivery time varies depending on your location. We use standard shipping which takes approximately 4 working days to reach to large metropolitan areas. For Delhi-NCR, the delivery is possible within 48 hours. For other locations within India, the delivery time varies up to 7 days.

For international locations, the delivery time is usually between 2-10 working days depending on your location as well as the weight of the parcel. Please contact us before placing an international order to enquire about the specific shipping charges.
